محادثة الدعم اختيارية ومرتبطة بالحساب الذي سجلت الدخول إليه. نحفظ الرسائل والصور التي تختارها وإصدار التطبيق وiOS وطراز الجهاز لمساعدة فريقنا على حل طلبك. يستطيع موظفو الدعم المخوّلون الاطلاع على المحادثة وبريد الحساب وخطته. يبقى محتوى الدعم منفصلاً عن محادثات المساعد والذاكرة ولا يُرسل لمزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي.

• تبقى المحادثات متاحة ما دام حسابك موجوداً. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف سجلات المحادثة وتُدرج الصور المرفقة للحذف في الخلفية. قد تبقى روابط الصور قصيرة الصلاحية والنسخ الاحتياطية حتى تنتهي صلاحيتها أو تُنظّف.
• تبقى المسودة غير المرسلة على هاتفك وتُمسح عند تسجيل الخروج. تعرض إشعارات الردود تنبيهاً عاماً دون نص الرسالة. يمكنك إيقافها ومتابعة الردود داخل التطبيق.
• يبقى التواصل بالبريد متاحاً. تُحفظ مراسلات البريد منفصلة في صندوق الدعم؛ تواصل معنا لطلب الوصول أو التصدير أو الحذف.

قد يعالج مزوّدو الخدمة البيانات خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة أو الاتحاد الأوروبي. نعتمد على الضمانات التعاقدية والتقنية التي يوفرها هؤلاء المزوّدون.

نحتفظ ببياناتك أثناء نشاط حسابك وطالما كانت لازمة لتقديم فلك أو الوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية أو حل النزاعات أو منع الإساءة أو الحفاظ على الأمان.

• عند حذف حسابك من إعدادات التطبيق، نزيل ملفك الشخصي وملاحظاتك المحفوظة وتذكيراتك وذاكرتك وأماكنك المحفوظة خلال فترة معقولة.
• تنتهي صلاحية النسخ الاحتياطية والسجلات التشغيلية المؤقتة بمرور الوقت.
• حذف حساب فلك لا يلغي اشتراك App Store النشط؛ أدر ذلك من إعدادات حساب Apple.

بحسب مكان إقامتك، قد تكون لك حقوق الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تصديرها أو تقييد بعض معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها.

• استخدم إعدادات التطبيق لإدارة حسابك وتعلّم الذاكرة وحالة فلك بلس وحذف الحساب.
• تواصل معنا لطلبات الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو التصدير أو الاعتراض على الخصوصية.
• يمكنك سحب موافقة التحليلات الاختيارية عندما يوفّر التطبيق هذا الخيار أو عبر التواصل معنا.

تُشفّر البيانات أثناء النقل عبر HTTPS. يوفّر مزوّدو التخزين تشفيرا للبيانات أثناء الراحة. تحفظ رموز المصادقة على جهازك داخل Keychain. لا توجد خدمة مضمونة الأمان بشكل كامل، لذلك تواصل معنا إذا كنت تعتقد أن حسابك أو بياناتك قد تكون معرّضة للخطر.

فلك ليست موجهة للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاما، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلا قدّم بيانات إلى فلك، تواصل معنا حتى نراجعها ونحذفها حيثما يلزم.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. تستوجب التغييرات الجوهرية إعادة القبول عبر بوابة التطبيق قبل متابعة استخدام الخدمة.

ميزة الأصدقاء اختيارية وقد تقتصر على حسابات محددة. اختر اسماً عاماً واسم مستخدم من الإعدادات ← الأصدقاء. البحث باسم المستخدم الدقيق هو الطريقة الوحيدة للعثور على شخص، وهو اختياري، ولا تنشأ أي صداقة حتى يُقبل طلب الصداقة.

• بعد التواصل يستطيع كل طرف إضافة تذكير نصي لمرة واحدة مباشرة للطرف الآخر ضمن حدود التذكيرات المعتادة. يؤكد المرسل الإرسال، ويمكنه لاحقاً تغيير نص أو وقت تذكير أرسله دون موافقة المستلم. تصبح النسخة ملكاً للمستلم ويمكنه تعديلها أو تجاهلها أو الاحتفاظ بها بشكل خاص أو حظر المرسل أو الإبلاغ عنها، ولا يُعاد فتح تذكير أنهاه أو تجاهله.
• تُشارك الهوية العامة ونص التذكير والموعد المتفق عليه فقط. تبقى الملاحظات والمحادثات والذاكرة والبريد والتذكيرات الشخصية والأجهزة والتأجيل الخاص سرية. لا تُشارك حالة الإنجاز إلا باختيار المستلم لكل تذكير. لا تتعلم الذاكرة تلقائياً من محتوى الطرف الآخر في عمليات أدوات الأصدقاء.
• تحتاج التنبيهات إلى آيفون مدعوم ومسجل الدخول وإذن iOS واتصال بالإنترنت. يُسجّل الجهاز أثناء الاستخدام المعتاد. يعرض تنبيه الاستحقاق للمستلم نص تذكيره على شاشة القفل، وتبقى بقية إشعارات الأصدقاء عامة. وقبول Apple للإشعار لا يثبت عرضه أو إنجاز التذكير.
• يمكن إزالة الصديق أو حظره من ملفه والإبلاغ عن التذكير من تفاصيله. يلغي الحظر التذكيرات الواردة النشطة من هذا الشخص؛ اختر الاحتفاظ بشكل خاص أولاً لما تريد إبقاءه. تبقى نسخ المستلم خاصة مع استمرار تنبيهها عند إزالة الصديق أو حذف حساب المرسل.
• يُنظّف نص المسودة بعد يوم من انتهاء صلاحيتها، ونص الطلب المغلق غير المقبول بعد ٣٠ يوماً، وسجلات التنبيه بعد ٣٠ يوماً، وسجل المشاركة المنتهية والبلاغات بعد ٩٠ يوماً. تبقى سجلات منع تكرار العمليات لمدة ٩٠ يوماً على الأقل بعد انتهاء صلاحيتها، وروابط النسخ المقبولة ما دامت نسخة المستلم موجودة. التنظيف دوري وتسري أيضاً قواعد حذف الحساب والنسخ الاحتياطية أدناه.
• يتضمن البلاغ التذكير المحدد والسبب والهوية ذات الصلة لمراجعته من الدعم المخوّل. تواصل معنا للوصول أو التصدير أو الحذف أو المساعدة. قد يحتفظ المستلمون بالمحتوى الذي شاركته معهم عمداً.

Support chat is optional and linked to your signed-in account. We store messages, chosen images, app and iOS version, and device model to help our team resolve your request. Authorized support staff can see this conversation, account email and plan. Support content is separate from assistant conversations and memory and is not sent to AI providers.

• Conversations remain available while your account exists. Deleting your account removes the chat records and queues attached images for background deletion. Short-lived image links and backups may remain until they expire or are cleaned up.
• An unsent draft stays on your phone and is cleared when you sign out. Reply notifications contain a generic alert, not your message text. You can turn them off and still read replies in the app.
• Email remains available. Email correspondence is held separately in our support mailbox; contact us to request access, export or deletion.

Service providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia, including in the United States or the European Union. We rely on the contractual and technical safeguards provided by those vendors.

We keep your data while your account is active and while it is needed to provide FLK, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

• When you delete your account from in-app settings, we remove your profile, saved notes, reminders, memory, and saved places within a reasonable window.
• Backups and transient operational records age out over time.
• Deleting your FLK account does not cancel an active App Store subscription; manage that through your Apple Account settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data.

• Use in-app settings to manage your account, memory learning, FLK Plus status, and account deletion.
• Contact us for manual access, correction, deletion, export, or privacy objection requests.
• You can withdraw optional analytics consent where the app exposes that choice or by contacting us.

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Storage providers encrypt data at rest. Authentication tokens are stored on your device in Keychain. No service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so contact us if you believe your account or data may be at risk.

FLK is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child provided data to FLK, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes require re-acceptance through the in-app gate before you continue using the service.

Friends is optional and may be restricted to selected accounts. Use Settings → Friends to choose a separate public name and username. Exact username search is the only way to find someone, it is optional, and no one is connected until the connection request is accepted.

• Once connected, either person can add a one-time text reminder directly for the other, within normal reminder limits. The sender confirms before sending, and can later change the text or time of a reminder they sent without the recipient approving it. The saved copy belongs to the recipient, who can change, dismiss, keep it privately, block or report it, and a reminder they have already finished or dismissed is not reopened by the sender.
• Only the public identity, shared reminder text and agreed time are shared. Notes, chats, memory, email, personal reminders, device details and private snoozes stay private. Completion sharing is off unless the recipient enables it for a reminder. Friends tool turns do not automatically learn memories from this third-party content.
• Notifications use a supported signed-in iPhone, iOS permission and an internet connection. Registration happens in the ordinary app flow. A due alert shows the recipient their own reminder text on the lock screen; every other Friends notification stays generic. Apple acceptance does not prove display or completion.
• Remove or block a person in their profile, or report a reminder from its details. Blocking dismisses active incoming reminders from that person; use Keep privately first for anything you want to retain. Removing a friend or deleting a sender account preserves the recipient's copies privately with their existing delivery.
• Expired draft text is cleaned up after one day, closed unaccepted request text after 30 days, delivery records after 30 days, ended sharing history and reports after 90 days. Minimal retry records remain for at least 90 days after validity ends, and accepted mappings remain while the recipient's copy exists. Cleanup is periodic; the account deletion and backup rules below also apply.
• Reports include the selected reminder, reason and relevant identity for authorized support review. Contact us for access, export, deletion or help. Recipients may keep content deliberately shared with them.
