البيانات مرتبطة باستخدام الخدمة

نجمع بيانات الحساب والمحتوى والتذكيرات والجهاز والاشتراك والإعدادات حتى تعمل فلك عبر أجهزتك.

لا بيع ولا تتبع إعلاني

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نستخدم بياناتك لتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.

الذكاء الاصطناعي كمزوّد خدمة

يتلقى OpenAI المحتوى اللازم لتخطيط ردود المساعد واستخراج النصوص وإنشاء متجهات الذاكرة الدلالية.

لك التحكم في الخيارات الأساسية

يمكنك حذف حسابك وإدارة فلك بلس عبر Apple والتحكم في تعلّم الذاكرة من داخل التطبيق.

البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع أقل الفئات اللازمة لتسجيل الدخول وتشغيل المساعد ومزامنة التذكيرات والعناصر المحفوظة والحفاظ على موثوقية الخدمة.

من يساعدنا في معالجة البيانات

نشارك البيانات مع مزوّدي الخدمة فقط للأدوار التالية. لا يُسمح لهم باستخدام بيانات مستخدمي فلك لإعلاناتهم أو لتتبعهم.

أذونات iOS

تطلب فلك أذونات الجهاز فقط عندما تحتاجها ميزة معيّنة. تظهر طلبات الإذن من iOS ويمكن إدارتها من الإعدادات.

الميكروفون والتعرّف على الكلام

لالتقاط الإملاء مؤقتا وتحويله إلى نص.

تخزّن فلك النص الناتج فقط إذا أرسلته أو حفظته. لا تخزّن فلك التسجيل الصوتي الخام.

الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور

لالتقاط أو اختيار الفواتير والمنتجات والإيصالات والمستندات والأفلام أو الملاحظات التي تريد من فلك تذكرها.

ترفع الصور فقط عندما تختار إرسالها أو حفظها.

الموقع

لتأكيد الأماكن المحفوظة وتسليم تذكيرات الوصول أو المغادرة التي تنشئها.

يُطلب إذن الموقع دائما فقط للتذكيرات التي يجب أن تعمل عندما يكون التطبيق معلّقا.

الإشعارات

لتسليم التذكيرات الزمنية والمتكررة والمعتمدة على الموقع.

يمكنك إدارة أذونات الإشعارات من إعدادات iOS.

النقل الدولي

قد يعالج مزوّدو الخدمة البيانات خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة أو الاتحاد الأوروبي. نعتمد على الضمانات التعاقدية والتقنية التي يوفرها هؤلاء المزوّدون.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك أثناء نشاط حسابك وطالما كانت لازمة لتقديم فلك أو الوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية أو حل النزاعات أو منع الإساءة أو الحفاظ على الأمان.

عند حذف حسابك من إعدادات التطبيق، نزيل ملفك الشخصي وعناصرك المحفوظة وتذكيراتك ومرفقاتك وذاكرتك وأماكنك المحفوظة خلال فترة معقولة.
تنتهي صلاحية النسخ الاحتياطية والسجلات التشغيلية المؤقتة بمرور الوقت.
حذف حساب فلك لا يلغي اشتراك App Store النشط؛ أدر ذلك من إعدادات حساب Apple.

حقوقك وخياراتك

بحسب مكان إقامتك، قد تكون لك حقوق الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تصديرها أو تقييد بعض معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها.

استخدم إعدادات التطبيق لإدارة حسابك وتعلّم الذاكرة وحالة فلك بلس وحذف الحساب.

يمكنك سحب موافقة التحليلات الاختيارية عندما يوفّر التطبيق هذا الخيار أو عبر التواصل معنا.

الأمان

تُشفّر البيانات أثناء النقل عبر HTTPS. يوفّر مزوّدو التخزين تشفيرا للبيانات أثناء الراحة. تحفظ رموز المصادقة على جهازك داخل Keychain. لا توجد خدمة مضمونة الأمان بشكل كامل، لذلك تواصل معنا إذا كنت تعتقد أن حسابك أو بياناتك قد تكون معرّضة للخطر.

الأطفال

فلك ليست موجهة للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاما، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلا قدّم بيانات إلى فلك، تواصل معنا حتى نراجعها ونحذفها حيثما يلزم.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. تستوجب التغييرات الجوهرية إعادة القبول عبر بوابة التطبيق قبل متابعة استخدام الخدمة.

At a glance

Data stays tied to service use

We collect account, content, reminder, device, subscription, and settings data so FLK can work across your devices.

No sale or tracking

We do not sell personal information and do not use your data to track you across other apps or websites.

AI is a service processor

OpenAI receives the content needed to plan assistant replies, extract text, and create semantic memory vectors.

You control core choices

You can delete your account, manage FLK Plus through Apple, and control memory learning from inside the app.

We collect the minimum categories needed to authenticate you, run the assistant, sync reminders and saved items, and keep the service reliable.

iOS permissions

FLK asks for device permissions only when a feature needs them. Permission prompts come from iOS and can be managed in Settings.

Microphone and speech recognition

To capture dictation temporarily and convert it into text.

FLK stores the resulting text only if you send or save it. FLK does not store raw voice audio.

Camera and photo library

To capture or select bills, products, receipts, documents, movies, or notes you want FLK to remember.

Images are uploaded only when you choose to send or save them.

Location

To confirm saved places and deliver arrival or departure reminders you create.

Always Location is requested only for reminders that must fire while the app is suspended.

Notifications

To deliver time-based, recurring, and location-based reminders.

You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.

International transfers

Service providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia, including in the United States or the European Union. We rely on the contractual and technical safeguards provided by those vendors.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active and while it is needed to provide FLK, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

When you delete your account from in-app settings, we remove your profile, saved items, reminders, attachments, memory, and saved places within a reasonable window.
Backups and transient operational records age out over time.
Deleting your FLK account does not cancel an active App Store subscription; manage that through your Apple Account settings.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data.

Use in-app settings to manage your account, memory learning, FLK Plus status, and account deletion.
Contact us for manual access, correction, deletion, export, or privacy objection requests.
You can withdraw optional analytics consent where the app exposes that choice or by contacting us.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Storage providers encrypt data at rest. Authentication tokens are stored on your device in Keychain. No service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so contact us if you believe your account or data may be at risk.

Children

FLK is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child provided data to FLK, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes require re-acceptance through the in-app gate before you continue using the service.
